Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Metabolic Center. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.

No questions asked. We believe in our product, and we want you to try it risk-free.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at:

support@metabolic.center

Please include:

• Your Telegram username or user ID
• The email address associated with your payment
• The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

3. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

4. After the 7-Day Period

Refund requests made after the 7-day guarantee period are not eligible for a refund. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

• Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current period.
• Refund: Returns your payment. Only available within 7 days of initial purchase.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles)
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity
